I’ve spent my entire life blaming my jeans for my scrawniness. Just to find out it’s not that at all. It’s me, one-hundred percent me. As in the way I eat, what I eat, and when I eat. Basically, I wasn’t eating enough. I ate a lot, I’ve always ate a lot, but never enough. In addition to that, I did not know my body.
Scrawny to Brawny teaches you the various mistakes that many HARD-GAINERS have a habit of doing and how to fix them. I teaches you how to fully understand your body, and why knowing so much about you can help improve your chances for maximum results. All Hard-Gainer guides claim to do this, and many do. However, no book I’ve ever read went so in dept and gave me a better understand of what I was doing wrong and how to fix it.
I’m not saying that this book transformed me from some skinny twig to and Dwayne Johnson Beast. I’m far from there. But being 18 and living most of my high school career as a Five-foot-Seven, One-Hundred Pounder to gaining twenty pounds with less than five percent body fat in two months after reading the book is kind of a big deal to me. Honestly It’s been a while since I’ve read the book, and have procrastinated dozens of times, I definitely would have been a lot bigger and stronger if I had done so.
Long story short, Even if you don’t want to gain weight (being that you live in America), this book provides tons of information so that you can understand you. For Me, this book is the only book I need :).
