How to Make Pan-Seared Scallops


Pan-Seared Scallops

Sorry for the late post. This week has been a busy week for me. Going to school, publishing my new book, wrestling, and posting everyday can be a real hassle. Anyways, here’s a delicious meal I cooked up a while ago. Really easy.I hope you like :).

INGREDIENTS:

Scallops

Salt

Black Pepper

Cayenne Pepper

butter to coat pan

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1) Coat a medium sized pan with butter (just enough to lay on the bottom of the pan, but not frying) and set to medium heat.

STEP 2) Pat Dry the scallops and season with salt, black pepper, and Cayenne Pepper.

STEP 3) Cook in pan for 5 minutes on both sides or until golden brown.

TIP:

  • Serve with Sweat and Sour sauce rice or your favorite  dish (Sweet and Sour sauce is amazing by the way).
